qDynamic stability control (DSC)

While driving, it flashes during activation
of the system. After switching on the
ignition, if it does not illuminate or
illuminates continuously while driving,
this indicates a malfunction. During a
malfunction, the system switches off.
Have the system checked by a properly
trained technician as soon as possible.
If you switch DSC off, the lamp will flash
twice and remain illuminated. The lamp
will go out when you switch the system
back on or when you switch the ignition
off.
qOil pressure warning lamp
CAUTION
Do not resume your journey if the oil
pressure warning lamp comes on
despite the oil level being correct. Have
this checked immediately.

Some models.
If the oil pressure warning lamp comes on
when you are driving, this indicates a
malfunction. Stop, and switch the engine
off and check the engine oil level. See
Engine Oil Check (page 177).
qOil Change Reminder Indicator
(Diesel only)
The oil change reminder indicator informs
that the engine requires an engine oil
change due to excessive build up of soot
within the engine oil.
