the plastic brake handle with your hand towards
the front of the wheelchair. Pull the handle back
to release the brakes.
• Apply reverse pressure to the handrims or
push handles to slow the wheelchair during
operation.
• Do not use on gradients larger than 10
degrees.
• The Airglide Wheelchair is only suitable for a
single user.
• Ensure feet are on footplates during
operation.
• Do not stand on the footplates.
• Do not use on escalators.
• Do not reverse down a gradient.
• If you must stop on an incline, avoid sudden
abrupt movements when you resume.
• Do not reach for items further than your arm
will extend.
• Be aware of hazards in your region when
operating.
• Always apply parking brake when transferring
into or out of the wheelchair.
