3.1 Before operating the appliance

CAUTION:
▶ The initial start-up of the heater must be
done by a company from the Authorized
Service Bosch who will provide the user
with all the information required for the
proper operation thereof.

3.2 Batteries

Insert batteries
▶ Insert in the batteries box two type D batteries (1.5V).

Precautions while using batteries
• Do not dispose of used batteries in the bin.
• Deliver them to the existing selective collection sites for its
recycling.
• Do not reuse used batteries.
• Use only the indicated type of batteries.
• Use alkaline batteries.

3.3 Switch on and off

Switch on
▶ To switch on place the ON/OFF switch in I position.
