Making multiple calls
While a call is in progress:
Add call
1. Tap

2. Select from the list of recent calls or from
the phone book.
3. Tap a line in the list of recent calls or
call a contact in the phone book.
Swap call
4. Tap to toggle between calls.
End call
5. Tap to end a phone call.
Group (conference) calls
While multiple calls are in progress:
Join calls
1. Tap to merge ongoing calls.
End call
2. Tap to end a phone call.
Incoming calls
Information about incoming calls is displayed in
the instrument panel and the center display. Han-
dle the calls using the right-side steering wheel
keypad or the center display.
Answer Reject
1. Tap / .
End call
2. Tap
to end a phone call.

7 iPhones do not support sending text messages via the vehicle.
Privacy
While a call is in progress:
– Privacy
Tap .
> The vehicle's integrated microphone will
be turned off.

Handling text messages

Text messages can be received and sent from a
Bluetooth-connected cell phone
Text message functionality has to be activated in
certain cell phones and not all phones offer full
compatibility/functionality. Go to

Handling text messages in the center
display
If this setting has been selected, text messages
will only be shown in the center display. See also
