ATTACH THE WEIGHT BAR TO THE SLIDES ON THE GUIDE RODS:
1.
Take the Weight Bar from the packaging.
2.
Hang the bar on the upper hooks of the Smith Machine were it is comfortable for you to work. Each
person to take one side.
3.
Using (4) M12 Washers PN:731-2519, and (8) M12 Nuts PN:731-2502 attach the bearing mounts to
the bearing guides. Note: remember to use thread locker on the post.
