ATTACH RIGHT SIDE TO BASE:
1.
Take the Right Side of the Smith Machine from the packaging. NOTE: these weldments can be heavy
and awkward, (2) people should be used at all time to assemble this unit.
2.
Place the weldments on the base weldments, NOTE: you will need to slide the top tubes together at
the same time. With one person balancing the unit the other should bolt the right side to the base.
3.
Using (2) M12 washer PN:731-2519 , and (2) M12 x 30mm Hex Head Bolts PN:731-2418. Bolt the
right side to the base but do not tighten at this time. Using (6) M10 washer PN:731-2547 , and (6)
M10 x 15mm Hex Head Bolts PN:731-2450. Bolt the upper cross member together. Tighten all
fasteners using a 16mm and a 19mm box wrench.
