ENGINE EXHAUST GAS CAUTION
(CARBON MONOXIDE)
Engine exhilust gases, though colorless
and
odorless,
contain
carbon monoxide, which is dangerous or even
lethal
if
inhaled
.
1. If at any time you suspect that exhaust fumes are
entering
the passenger compartment, have the
source
located and corrected as soon as possible.
2. If
it is necessary to
drive
under such conditions
,
do
so
only with all windows fully open.
3. Do not operate the engine in confined
areas
such
as
garages or other closed areas any more than needed
to move vehicle in or out of area.

4. When the vehicle is
stopped in
an unconfined area
with
the
engine running
for more than a
short
length
of time,
adjust
the heating or cooling system to draw
outside air into the vehicle.
REGISTRATION IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES
If
you
plan to register your Mazda in
another
countries,
first make
sure
that it meets that country's regulations
(e.g. safety standards, air pollution control standards
etc.'
