In accordance with China's Administrative Measures on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products
(EIP) # 39, also known as China RoHS, the following information is provided regarding the names and concentration levels of
Toxic Substances (TS) or Hazardous Substances (HS) which may be contained in Multi-Tech Systems Inc. products relative to
the EIP standards set by China's Ministry of Information Industry (MII).
