Your TomTom GPS Watch
Move UP and DOWN to select items in a menu. Move LEFT to
leave a menu. Move RIGHT to select an item and open the menu
for that item.
To select an option in a menu, make sure it is highlighted when
you leave the menu.
1. Move LEFT — opens the activity
tracking screen.
2. Move DOWN — opens the
settings menu.
3. Move RIGHT — opens the
activities menu.
4. GPS receiver.
5. Cover the screen with your palm
briefly to turn on the back light.
