6.2.3 Adjustment under vacuum

NOTICE
The adjustment at vacuum always occurs to the final
measured value with 0 mbar.
Pump down to an ultimate vacuum as low as possible.

Adjustment under vacuum
1. Connect the gauge to a vacuum pump which pumps to a pre‑
cise vacuum, e. g., a rotary vane pump down to < 0,5 mbar.
2. Press and hold the
and then press ON/OFF.
5 Display adjustment mode ‑ only active for approx. 20
seconds.
Display only at vacuum less than < 20 mbar (15 Torr).
