Discussion
Use the
(Pass) option to specify options for the preprocessor, compiler,
W
assembler, or linker. The driver program does not interpret the argument
strings; only the receiving phase interprets them.

indicates the assembler.

is a string to be passed to and interpreted by the
phase. Each
