5. Front Gear- GL5 80-90 Fill to bottom thread of filler hole.
case Oil Weight Gear Make certain machine is on level
Lube surface.
6. Rear Half- Grease+ Locate Fittings and Grease
shafts
7. Front Prop Grease+ Locate Fittings and Grease
Shaft U-joints
8. Front Prop- Grease+ Locate fittings and grease - - 3
shaft Yoke pumps maximum
9. Speedometer Polaris Disconnect cable on back of
Cable Cable Lube speedometer and lubricate inner
cable.
10. Drive O-Ring chain Lubricate as often as required.

11.Demand 4 Premium Remove set screw in hubs. Ro-
Hubs - All Hub Lube tate wheels to 4 O'clock position.
Wheel Drive If lubricant is not visible add more.
ATVs Reinstall set screw.
12. Front Drive Grease+ Locate grease fitting and grease
Axle (U Joint) with grease gun.
