connected or powered
Incorrect Ethernet cable type

Ethernet devices connected with
conflicting IP addresses
A/C Group not present on
centralised controller
Required PIN code not entered
'Old Model Compatibility Mode'
setting set to OFF
(AE-200 only)
Value being written is out of range
Possible solution(s)
Check centralised controller is
connected to the MelcoREMOTE
via Ethernet and has power
For a direct connection between
MelcoREMOTE and a single
centralised controller, use a
crossover type cable
Ensure all Ethernet devices on
the network have unique IP
addresses
Check the Group setup on the
centralised controller is as
expected
Ensure the relevant PIN code on
the centralised controller has
been entered. See Connecting
Mitsubishi Centralised Controllers

Check this setting is set to ON
Check value is within range
