15. Click the 'Apply Changes' button in the lower right-hand
corner of the screen. The page will automatically refresh

16. Confirm that 'ICMP host' of "wan" interface is still set to
"disable"
a. If so, go to step 17.
b. If not, set to "disable"
c. Click 'Save changes' button

step 17; if not, repeat steps 8-16.
d. Click the 'Apply Changes' button in the lower
right-hand corner of the screen. The page will
automatically refresh when complete (this can take
as much as two minutes).
17. Click the 'System' tab, then click the Reboot button.
18. Reconnect the Ethernet cable between the M2M
Gateway and the MicroTech III controller. Procedure
complete.
NOTE: Be certain that the IT staff has allowed incoming and
outgoing internet traffic on TCP ports 80, 443, 3197,
3199, 5222, 5223 and 8080.
