TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Before you call for service...

REASON
Beverage levels low Refill beverage hopper with premixed product
Be sure there is a minimum of 6 inches of air space at the
Ambient temperature too high
top, back and sides of the dispenser.
Set temperature setting to "ICE"
or "Chill"
Set the Consistency setting to a higher value. See
Consistency set too low

Insufficient power to Be sure the power receptacle is properly rated for your
compressor dispenser.
1. Remove filter from back of unit.
Dirty Filter 2. Soak filter in hot soapy water.
3. Rinse, Dry and Replace filter.
• Follow the recommended cleaning guide to remove
and inspect the faucet seal.
Faucet seal misaligned or
• If the faucet seal was misaligned, realign the seal,
damaged or misaligned
reassemble and recheck for leaks.

and inspect the rear drum seal.

damaged.

Preventive Maintenance
1. Remove filter from back of unit.

2. Soak filter in hot soapy water.
Dirty Filter 3. Rinse, Dry and Replace filter.
4. Hold ULTRA button for 3 seconds to reset message
Insufficient air flow
All display messages containing:
VARIOUS
"SENSOR ERROR" require a call for service.
