    If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents.

Should the sharpening quality be not satisfactory, replace the stones by contacting Omcan. SHARPENING OPERATION DANGER The sharpening operation must be performed during the manual functioning.

    Maintenance 2. Make sure that the machine is off. 3. Rotate the slice thickness control to zero to make sure that the blade is covered by the slice thickness plate. IMPORTANT During the following operations the blade must always be covered by the removable protection. 4.
  • Page 10 Maintenance CHECK OF THE ELECTRIC CABLE It is recommended to check the wear of the electric cable at regular intervals. SPARE PARTS In the event that replacement parts need to be fitted, request only original spare parts. CLEANING The machine must be cleaned once a day or more frequently if necessary. Clean all the parts using a cloth sprinkled with water and washing up liquid (do not use strong detergents) and a brush.
