  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Hold the middle frame (A) Fig.4 so that the screw holes align with the holes on the lower frame (B). Note: Make sure the middle frame is held upright, positioning the middle frame in the reverse direction will prevent proper assembly. FIGURE 4 2.

Secure the power cord to the frame of the unit by clipping them onto the frame at evenly spaced intervals. FIGURE 8 8. Loosen the two knobs on the chute deflector (A) Fig.9. Lift the chute deflector (A) so that it snaps and locks securely onto the discharge chute (B).

    ASSEMBLY & OPERATION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 15. Remove the washer (A) Fig.16 and nut (B) from the eye bolt with rubber grommet (C) found on the upper chute crank (D). FIGURE 16 16. Position the chute crank (A) Fig.17 so that the eye bolt with rubber grommet (B) inserts into the centre hole of the middle frame (C).

    OPERATION OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! Damaged electrical cords present risk of fire, electric shock, and serious bodily injury. Before operating the snow thrower, carefully examine the electrical cord. If the cord is damaged, do not use the snow thrower. Replace or repair the damaged cord immediately.
