EN Troubleshooting

The pump does not work
Cause
The discharge valve is not open
No air supply
The air supply pressure is too low.
The air pipes or ancillary equipment is clogged .
The exhaust port(muffler) is clogged.
The fluid pipe is clogged.
Pump is clogged.
The pump runs but no fluid is delivered.
The valve on the suctions side is not open.
Too much suction or discharge height.
Fluid pipe on the discharge side(incl. filter) is clogged.
Pump is clogged.
The ball and ball set is worn or damaged.
The flow is decreasing
The air supply pressure is low.
The air line or components are clogged.
Valve on the discharge side will not open normally.
The fluid is mixed with air
Cavitation occurs.
Vibrations.
Ice formation in the air exhaust.
The fluid line (incl. filter) clogged.
The exhaust port (muffler) clogged.
Pump clogged.
Leakage of fluid through the exhaust
The diaphragm is damaged
Irregular noise

Recommended measure
Open the valve on the discharge side.
Turn on the compressor and open valves and regulator.
Check the compressor and other components.
Check and clean the air line.
Check and clean the exhaust port and muffler.
Check and clean the fluid line.
Remove, inspect and clean the pump.
Open the valve on the suction side
Confirm the configuration of the pipe and reduce the height
differences.
Check and clean the fluid line.
Dismantle the pump, check and clean.
Inspect and replace parts.
Check the compressor and configuration of the air line.
Check and clean the air line.
Adjust the discharge valve
Check the suction side so no air can enter.
Adjust air supply pressure and discharge pressure and
reduce suction height.
Adjust air supply pressure and discharge pressure. Reduce
the flow through the inlet valve to adjust pressure and flow
of the fluid.
Remove ice from the air bypass valve and check and clean
air filter. Use a pipe in the exhaust air so the ice does not
form in the muffler.
Check and clean the fluid pipe and strainer.
Check and clean the exhaust port and muffler.
Remove , inspect and clean the pump body.
Remove and inspect the pump and replace the diaphragm.
Adjust the air supply pressure.
Remove check and clean the pump body.
Check all connections and tighten where needed.
Adjust the air supply.
Replace diaphragm.
Check the suction side and tighten/replace.
Replace directional valve components.
Replace air sensors.
Replace directional valve components
