Backrest recline

The angle of the backrest is adjusted via an adjustable locking tube
with a quick-acting lock in a number of fixed positions. From an
upright position the backrest can be inclined max. 45° backwards.
1. Pull out the quick-acting lock's spring action handle so that the
locking tube moves freely and the backrest can be angled.
2. Adjust the backrest angle to the required angle.
3. Lock the locking tube securely by releasing the handle so that it
engages in the intended hole in the locking tube.
4. Check that the backrest is locked in position.
WARNING!
Risk of pinching while adjusting backrest angle
Do not put weight on the backrest while adjusting the angle. There is a risk
of pinch-point accidents.
