Troubleshooting
 In the case of any symptom such as improper operation of the unit, find a solution from the
following.
 If a symptom persists even after trying a solution, unplug the unit, and consult with the
distributor from which you purchased SBX-D201.

The unit is uncontrollable – Reset the unit
 Try the following operation if the unit cannot be operated with a remote controller or any
of the operation buttons on the subwoofer, or if any connected device is not recognized.

Unplug the unit.

Wait for over a minute.

Insert a plug into an outlet, and switch on the unit.
• The sound volume will be set to the factory default after resetting.

Initialize SBX-D201


Switch on the unit.

Hold down the CLEAR VOICE button on a remote controller over five seconds.
• The unit will be automatically powered off and return to factory default configuration.
• The unit will also return to factory default configuration when the CLEAR VOICE button is
pressed briskly and repeatedly for over five seconds.

The unit cannot be powered on.
