Solutions and others
• Check the correct orientation (anode and cathode) of a
button cell. Insert it correctly if incorrect.
• If the unit cannot be operated with a remote controller after
the solutions above are tried, the remote controller may be
out of order. In this case, consult with the dealer from which
you purchased the product.

• After switching once, please allow 2 or more seconds before
switching again.

• Use the VOL (+) (–) button to increase sound volume.
• Press the MUTE button to cancel muting. (The VOL (+) (–)
button can be also used for canceling muting.)
• Select a device correctly.
• Check connection between SBX-D201 and the device. If
they are properly connected, something may be wrong with
a cable. Try another cable and retry connection.
• If SBX-D201 is connected with a television via HDMI (ARC),
check if a cable is inserted into an HDMI (ARC) input terminal
of the television.
• Check if a speaker cable is disconnected.
• Check if the covered part of the speaker cable is caught in a
terminal of the speaker.
• It takes around several seconds for the unit to produce
sound even if both the television and SBX-D201 are
switched on in the HDMI simultaneous operation function.
• If SBX-D201 is connected with the television via HDMI
(ARC), switch playing from television speaker to external
speaker device.
• If SBX-D201 is connected with the television via HDMI
(ARC), set optical digital sound to PCM.
