 After weight keeps stable for over 1 second, it could track  1/4 d.
 After weight keeps stable for over 1 second, it could track  1/2 d.
 After weight keeps stable for over 1 second, it could track  1 d.
 After weight keeps stable for over 1 second, it could track  2 d. (d=division)
 Only when gross = 0, zero tracking function is activated.
