VALVE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

Turn the unit and gas off - allow to cool to room temperature.
Remove leaf cover, glass crystals, rocks or logs if installed.
Remove Table Top - see instructions in this manual.
1. Remove inner tray by removing 4 screws in locations shown below in
Diagram 1.

2. Remove outer tray by removing 8 screws in locations shown below in
Diagram 2.
3. Slide burner away from orifice and remove as shown below in Diagram 3.

4. Turn off gas supply and remove flex connection at valve.
5. Remove 4 screws to remove valve assembly - see locations in Diagram
4.
Side
6. Remove knob by pulling out.
7. Remove panel by lifting up and out.
8. Remove 2 screws by valve bracket as shown below.
9. Maneuver valve assembly up and out.
10. Replace with new valve assembly.
11. Reverse steps 8 -1
