For your safety
This product can be programmed to transmit on
frequencies that are not harmonized throughout the
EU/EEA, and will require a licence to operate in each
member state.
This product can be programmed for frequencies or
emissions that may make its use illegal. Where
applicable, a license must be obtained before this
product is used. All license requirements must be
observed. Limitations may apply to transmitter power,
operating frequency, channel spacing, and emission.

this booklet. To download the formal declaration of

A signed and dated paper copy of the declaration of
conformity can be obtained from Tait Communications.
Some electronic devices may be prone to malfunction
due to the lack of protection from RF energy that is
present when your radio is transmitting.
Examples of electronic devices that may be affected by
RF energy are:
aircraft electronic systems
vehicular electronic systems such as fuel injection,
anti-skid brakes, and cruise control
medical devices such as hearing aids
and pacemakers
medical equipment in hospitals or health
care facilities.
Switch off the radio before boarding an aircraft. Using
your radio while in the air is not permitted.
