10.8 Calibration Procedure (CH1): Frequency, Pulse Amplitude

Perform the calibration as follows:
1. Connect a volts calibrator (specified in Table
across CH1 terminals 'V/Hz' and 'COM'.
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on).
3. Use the calibration menu (Ref:
>> Frequency >> Pulse Amplitude) to do a two-point
calibration (0V and 12.0V).
Note: The signal sourced by the DPI620G-IS will have a
frequency of zero Hz – hence a volts calibrator can be
used to measure the amplitude.
4. Check the calibration is correct:
At zero Hz frequency, apply the pulse amplitude Input
values applicable to the calibration (ref. Table 10-10).
Check the error is within the specified limits (ref: Table
10-10).
