1 ) 标 准倾 斜(水 平)度 是送 布轴 的刻 点A和 牙 架 座①
的B部下 降到20度 水平 送布 轴侧 的位 置。
2) 为了 防止 缝制 皱褶 ，向 前 抬起 送布 牙时 ，请 拧
松 紧 固螺 丝 ， 把螺 丝刀 插入 送布 轴， 然后 沿箭 头方

向 转90度 。
3 ) 为了 减少 布的 偏 斜， 向前 下降 送布 牙时 ，请 沿
与 前 头方 向相 反方 向转9 0度 。
1)The standard tilt (horizontal of the feel dog is obtained
when marker dot A on the feed bar shaft is aligned with
marker dot A on feed rocker ①.
2)To tilt the feed dog with its front up in order to prevent
puckering, loosen the set screw
90 degrees in the direction of the arrow, using a screw
driver.
3)To tilt the feed dog with its from down in order to
prevent uneven material feed, turn the feed bar shaft 90
degrees in the opposite direction from the arrow.
1 ) 送布 牙 a 从 针板 b 突 出的 量 请调 整为
0 .8～1.0 m m。(厚料 时为1 . 0～1 .2 m m )。
2) 缝 制薄 料时 ，送 布牙 伸出 过 高时 容易 起褶 。
(0. 7～0. 9 m m为 适当 。)
3) 调 节送 布牙 时。
· 拧 松 上下 抬牙 叉形 曲柄 ①的 固定 螺丝 ②。
· 上 下 移动 牙架 进行 调节 。
· 然 后 拧紧 固定 螺丝 ②。
(注意) 拧 得 不紧 时， 会损 伤叉 口部 。
1) The feed dog is factory-adjusted so that it jut out from the
throat plate surface 0.8 to 1.0 mm (1.0 to 1.2 mm for thick
material)
2) If the feed dog just out too much puckering may result
when sewing tight-weight materials (Recommended
protrusion 0.7 to 0.9 mm)
3) To adjust the height of the feed dog
·Loosen screw ② of crank ①.
·Move the feed barcker up or down to make adjustment.
·Securely tighten screw ②.
(Caution) If the clamping pressure is insufficient, the forked
portion will wear out.
