Adjustment of the pedal

为 了 防 止 意 外 的 启 动 造 成 的 事 故 ， 请 关 掉 电源 后进 行。
注 意
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
CAUTION
sewing machine.

Pedal pressure and pedal stroke

1 .踏板 踩踏 压力 的调 整
1) 摘下 踏板 压力 调节 弹 簧① 进行 调节 。
2) 把弹 簧挂 到左 侧A向 压力 变轻 。
3) 挂到 右侧B向压 力变 大。
2 .踏 板返 还力 的调 整
1) 用 返踩 调节 螺丝 ②可 以进 行调 节。
2) 拧 紧调 节螺 丝压 力变 大。
3 ) 拧 松螺 丝压 力变 轻。
3 .踏 板踩 踏行 程的 调整
1) 把 连接 杆③ 安装 到左 侧 的孔 内， 行程 变小 。
1. Adjusting the pressure required to depress the front part
of the pedal
1) This pressure can be changed by altering the mounting
position of pedaling pressure adjust spring ①
2) The pressure decreases when you hook the spring on the
left side.
3) The pressure increases when you hook the spring on the
right side.
2. Adjusting the pressure required to depress the back part
of the pedal.
1) This pressure can be adjusted using regulator screw ②.
2) The pressure increase as you turn the regulator screw in.
3) The pressure decrease as you turn the screw out.
3. Adjusting the pedal stroke
1) The pedal stroke decreases when you insert connecting
rod ③ into the left hole.
1． 连 接杆 的安 装
1) 向 箭头 方向 移动 踏板 调节 板③ ，让 马达 控 制杆
①和 连接 杆② 成一 直 线。
2． 踏 板的 角度
1) 调 节连 接杆 的长 度即 可以 改变 踏板 的 角度 。
2) 拧 松调 节螺 丝④ ，移 动连 接杆 ②进 行 调节 。
1. Installing the connecting rod
1) Move pedal ③ to the right or left as illustrated by the
arrows so that motor control lever ① and connecting rod ②
are straightened.
2. Adjusting the pedal angle
1) The pedal tilt can be freely adjusted by changing the
length of the connecting rod.
2) Loosen adjust screw ④,and adjust the length of
connecting rod ②.
