Use only cleaning detergents
and neutralizers specially designed
for labwashers and regard the
application recommendations of the
manufacturer!
This labwasher is fitted with
2 dispensers as standard:
– Dispensing system DOS 1 (blue) to
dispense liquid cleaning agent. The
dosing rate is 120 ml/min.
– Dispensing system DOS 3 (white) to
dispense (acid) media such as a
neutralizing agent or rinsing agent.
The dosing rate is 20 ml/min.
The containers for the process
chemicals are placed in the washer's
upper drawer.
The amounts of cleaning agent
required, depending on the application
chosen for this machine, are dispensed
through these dispensing systems.

Adding of liquid cleaning agents

Additional DOS modules (optional):
– Dispensing system DOS 2 (white)
dispenses acid media such as a
neutralizing agent.
The dosing rate is 20 ml/min.
– Dispensing system DOS 4 (green) to
dose a low-foam disinfecting agent
suitable for machine washing, or a
further cleaning agent. The dosing
rate is 120 ml/min.
The container for the optional
dispensing systems are placed in the
machine's lower drawer.
Always place two containers in the
lower drawer, even if only one
optional dispensing system is used.
It prevents a container from tipping
over when the drawer is opened or
closed.
