System Features
the air filter, two-stage turbocharger,
charge air cooler, intake manifold,
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler
and EGR valve. The mass air flow
sensor, the intake air temperature
sensor, the manifold air temperature
sensor, the manifold absolute pressure
sensor, and the EGR valve position
sensors within the EGR valve are all
inputs from the system to the ECM. The
ECM controls the system through the
EGR valve, and the turbocharger boost
control solenoid.
