    12 Enpac 2500 Data Collector Version 3.10 Operating System Update Download the Enpac 2500 .zip upgrade file from http://www.rockwellautomation.com/support/. Click Downloads > Firmware Procedures Updates > Condition Monitoring. We recommend that you delete all older versions of the installer loader .msi files from IMPORTANT your computer before updating the Enpac 2500 data collector’s operating system.

At the beginning of the upgrade process, a message is shown saying that the upgrade can take a long time, depending on the selections made.

You should see the firmware upgrade appear on the Enpac 2500 screen. Once the programming of the new OS is complete, you need to perform a Hard reset/Cold reboot.

    Any Modules that were licensed prior to the upgrade will still be licensed. Any Modules that are installed, but which have not been licensed will appear greyed out as unavailable. Use the table Data Collector Modules on page 13 to identify what modules you need to order.
