Troubleshooting

Error – Possible cause – Resolution
Half segments on the display (e.g. after changing the battery)
– Bike computer software is not running correctly after a battery change
– Take out the battery and re-insert it
No speed display
– Distance from the sensor to the magnet is too large
– Correct the position of the sensor and magnet
No speed display
– Bike computer head not clicked in place on the handlebar bracket correctly
– Place the bike computer head in the handlebar bracket, turn it as far as it will go
("click")
No speed display
– Wheel size is not set correctly or is set to zero
– Set the wheel size
Display is weak
– Battery empty
– Check the battery and replace if necessary
Display is weak
– Temperatures under 5° make the display sluggish
– The display functions normally again at normal temperatures
The altitude indicator is incorrect; the current altitude is incorrect
– The current altitude was not set before the start of a trip or the home altitude has not
been selected. Refer to the chapter on home altitude and recalibrate.
– Select the home altitude or correctly set the current altitude
