This preface describes the purpose of the Cisco 3310 Mobility Services Engine Getting Started Guide,

This guide explains how to prepare your site for installation, how to install a Cisco 3310 Mobility
Services Engine (hereafter called the mobility services engine) in an equipment rack, and power up the
mobility services engine.
