Perform an IIC write action on the digital board
- Determine bus ID, slave address, number of bytes to be written and the byte
array of data from the user input
- Initialise IIC
- Write the data to the slave specified through IIC

The user input the number of bytes to write followed by these bytes:
<BusID><Slave address to write to><number of bytes to write><d1><d2><..><dx>
Where the bus ID is either 0 (normally used) or 1
