Knobif onlyone or two itemsare not bakingproperly.
To adjust the Temp
Knob
Turn the oven Temp Knob to Off. Re-
movethe knoband turn it to the under-
neath side. (See Fig. t .} Loosenthetwo
_Screw
screwsslightly.Holding theskirt inplace,
move the top screw by rotating the knob
one notch, as noted by one click, in
directionnecessary. Rotatescrewcoun-

temlockwisefor hotterand clockwisefor
coolertemperature. If notchindentation
is notapparent,tightenscrewsuntilclick-
ing isheard. There are seven notchesin

eachdirection. Move only one notch at a
time.
Example: Ifthe oven temperatureis too
coolandALLfoodsare requiring a longer
time periodto cook,the knob should be
rotatedto move the top screw counter-
clockwisefor a hotteroven, (See Fig 2.)

Important: The oven Temp Knob should be adjusted one notchand then the oven
shouldbe tested. (We recommend bakingtwo 9" yellowlayer cakes usinga purchased
box mix.) If the oven temperatureis still too low or too high, repeat the procedure
described above.
If the knobis rotatedtoo far or in the wrong direction,rotatethe knob In the opposite
directionuntil the centerof the screwis directlyunderthe triangle, which is the starting
point. Initiate the procedureagain until the desiredtemperatureis reached.
