My self-cleaning oven isn’t getting hot during the cleaning process.

The Jenn-Air W2410 self-cleaning oven may not be getting hot during the cleaning process due to one or more of the following reasons:

- The oven may not be receiving electric current.
- The TEMPERATURE knob may not be set to the CLEAN position.
- The SELECTOR knob may not be set to CLEAN.
- A delayed start may have been set, so the cleaning process has not begun yet.

Check that the oven is properly powered and that both knobs are correctly set to CLEAN.
