Communication errors

A communication error indicates that there is a problem in communication conditions or
protocol with the SCSI connection between the printer and the computer.

Winder timeout

The winder slack sensor is kept ON and paper is not wound.

Error description
(1) Check SCSI cable connection and terminator switch.
(2) Turn the host SCSI parity bit setting ON.
(3) Check the host SCSI driver setting.
(4) Replace WIM1 board.
The error LED flashes.
(1) Remove the paper at the slack sensor.
(2) Place paper on the winding paper core correctly.
