Troubleshooting
1. When trying to scan, an error message says that the scanner can't be found.
Ensure the scanner is powered on. See Turn on the D-DiGit Gel Scanner on page 5.
2. When trying to scan, an error message says "Code: -3, Scanner Hardware Error."
Ensure your scanner is unlocked. See Unlock Scanner on page 5.
3. For other problems that occur when scanning gels:
Ensure that the calibration window is not covered and the gel is placed properly. See Position
Gel on page 9.
