Substitute above into the equation.
3. If the staple position is misaligned, remove one
screw and the cover.
4. Loosen two adjustment screws and move the
Stapler Unit in the direction of the arrow to make
the adjustment.
5. Make another copy and check the staple posi-
tion.

• When the gear/1, 2 or 3 is replaced, or the gear/
1, 2 or 3 is removed.
A. Procedure
1. Set three gears.
Note:
• Set the gears so that the marks on Gears 1 and 3
are aligned with the rib of Gear 2 as shown on the
right.
Adjustment range
+1mm to -2mm
