Check C120 for 2.775Vdc
(Backlight+).
Is the voltage OK?
No
Check C212 for 2.775Vdc
(VREF2_2.775V_DIG).
Is the voltage OK?
No
Check C252 for 3.3Vdc.
Is the voltage OK?
No
Go to V3_2.775V test.

Replace E209.
