By default, the trace operation output includes all lines relevant to the logged events.
You can refine the output of the trace log file for a Virtual Chassis by including regular
expressions to be matched.
To refine the output of the trace log file:
On the router or switch to be designated as the master of the Virtual Chassis, configure
a regular expression to be matched.
[edit virtual-chassis]
user@host# set traceoptions file filename match regular-expression
