Basic Diagnostic functions

The following basic diagnostic functions are for checking some operating parameters of the amplifier, if
desired. These parameters do not need to be checked for the proper operation of the amplifier, as the
amplifier continuously self-monitors and shuts down automatically in the event of any fault condition.
Diagnostic Function
Display Total time
The total operating time
of the amplifier, in
hours.
This
function
accessible
either
Standby
mode
operating mode.
Total Time cannot be
cleared or reset by the
user.
Display Tube Time
A resettable time log that
the user can use to tell
the amount of time that
a set of tubes has been in
the amplifier.

accessible
either
Standby
mode
operate mode.

Procedure
When user presses the TOTAL
TIME button, the LED above
the button turns on and the
Display Window indicates the total
powered on running time of the
amplifier, in hours. A decimal

timer to track component usage,
usually after each retubing, by
holding down Tube time +

simultaneously for 15 seconds,
until the Display Window shows

command has been received.
