Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and
electronic brake force distribution
system (EBD)
ABS will help you avoid skidding
by
electronically
controlling
pressure. It will also help you maintain
steering control when braking on slippery
surfaces or when braking hard.
During activation of the ABS system, such
as routine brake, brake force increases
with foot increasing pressure.
Note
When replacing tires or wheels, use
only the size and type approved by the
manufacturer company.
The ABS works automatically.
If this warning lights comes on it
means there is a problem in the ABS
system which may cause lack of control
when braking
This indicator shows the fault
in the Electronic brake force
distribution which may cause lack of
control when braking.
You must stop

This system help to achieve proper brake
force very fast in emergency situations and
reduce stoppage distance. This system
functions when the pedal resistance has
decreased and effect of the braking has
increased. Flashers or blinking hazard
lights come on automatically depending
on the acceleration. They may be
stopped manually by driver.

BRAKES

Warning
- ABS braking system functions in
ordinary situation by any move of
the pedal. In emergency situations,
press the pedal hard and do not take
your foot out of the pedal.
- This system shall be as persuasion for
sudden acceleration and very fast driving.
That could not be a replacement for
caution and responsibility of the driver.
This system is an auxiliary system
which controls the situation based
on the conditions.
- In sliding surfaces, the dragged
distance of the vehicle will be increased.
Therefore after taking off the vehicle
from the puddles or after washing of
the vehicle, ensure the proper function
of brakes, by using them frequently.
Because all sets of disc and lining pads
are wet, in this situation.
