Disassembly Instructions

Step 1
Dismantle the fly awning, release guy ropes and
Posibrace™ Velcro™ tab points that attach the fly to
the poles. Place the awning poles in the pole carry
bag.
Step 2
Release the side release buckles that attach the
base corners of the fly to the inner tent. Remove
the fly from the tent. Lay the fly flat on ground and
fold the fly in half, third or quarters. The width of
the folded fly should be the length of the pole bag.
See Figure 9.
Step 3
Remove steel and fibreglass rear room support
poles.
Step 4
To collapse the tent, ensure the windows and
doors are open to allow air to escape from inside
the tent. Begin at one corner wall pole and release
the locking pin holding the telescopic pole in
its extended position; the pole will retract to
approximately half height. Repeat this process
for the other three corner wall poles as you walk
around the tent. The tent will collapse during this
step.
Step 5
Remove pegs with a claw hammer or peg puller.
Do not remove pegs from the ground by pulling
on tent base as this may cause damage to the tent.
Step 6
Collect and gather the tent and frame into a
compact cylindrical bundle with only ever using
a small force at any time. Ensure all loose fabric
is folded within the edges of the tent frame as
indicated in Figure 10.
Step 7
Collect the folded fly from Step 1 and wrap the fly
bundle around the outside of the tent bundle.
7
Step 8
Place the tent and its parts into the tent carry
bag with peg bag, pole bag, instruction booklet
and other miscellaneous parts. If the tent won't
fit into carry bag, unroll and roll again paying
more attention to folding the inner tent fabric
more carefully and ensuring air has escaped
successfully during collapsing the tent.
WARNING
At no stage is it necessary to apply any
excessive force to achieve any of the
above steps. The frame is tensioned, but
if the correct action is applied the Fast
Frame tent will pack up with little or no
force required. Excessive force will result
in damage to the frame and this is not
covered by warranty.
