6. Once the volume of the milk has
doubled, dip the cappuccino frother
deep into the milk and heat to 140°F
(60°C). Stop the frothing process by
turning the steam valve clockwise.
7. Pour the milk into the cups with the
espresso.

cappuccino, first prepare all the
espresso and then froth the milk
for all the cappuccinos.
• For hygiene reasons, it is
recommended to clean the
