C) Touch Control Printed Circuit Board
1. Remove the hob top as in A).
2. Remove the 2 ribbon cable connections.
3. Remove the printed circuit board from the 6 pillars (use pliers to depress the tabs).
D) Power Board & Filter
1. Remove the hob top as in A).
2. Carefully lift and turn over the base element plate complete with the 4 induction plates.
3. Note and remove the wires connecting the: -
i. Induction Plates (4 wires)
ii) Live and Neutral connecting the noise filter.
iii) Ribbon cable to the Touch control PCB.
iv) Red and Black plug connectors to the heaters.
v) Fan 2 pin plug (if applicable).
4. Remove the 2 fixing screws.
E) Fan
1. Remove the hob top as in A).
2. Carefully lift and turn over the base plate complete with the 4 induction plates.
3. Using a T10 screwdriver remove the 2 fixing screws.
4. Replace the fan and seal.
F Suppressor & Cable Assembly - Models After 3 October 2012
1. Disconnect the hob from the electricity supply.
2. Lift the hob clear and lay it face up on a protected flat surface.
3. Remove the hob top (see A).
4. Remove the touch control board (see C).
5. Remove the Earth tab and carefully lift the base plate away complete with the induction plates attached.
6. From underneath the hob base, remove the 2 screws securing the suppressor assembly.
