GCOS 7 System Operator's Guide
The Queued Writer starts when the file to which the outputs are sent is found to be
a library. The parameters used in the startup command are checked, but not the
actual existence of the library (until the Queued Writer selects an output for it).
When the Queued Writer starts, the following message is sent to the operator:
(0U06 SO Wnnn STARTED)
hh.mn SOW successful: Wnnn started
on lib: filename
for station oclist dvc.
where Wnnn is the name given to the writer (nn is a number attached to this
writer).
