Differential demontieren und Ritzelkassette wech
seln
Das Differential ist wartungsfrei und muss nur ausgebaut werden
wenn die Ritzelkassette ausgewechselt werden soll
Schrauben Sie das linke Laufrad ab Seite
Sie den linken Bremssattel ab
Schieben Sie den Gummibalg vom Differentialgehäuse
nach links
Lösen Sie die M Schraube
Ziehen Sie die linke Achseinheit ca cm aus dem Rah
menrohr und aus dem Differential heraus Darin befindet sich
ein mm Innensechskant
Halten Sie das rechte Laufrad fest stecken Sie einen mm
Innensechskantschlüssel in den Sechskant
und schrauben Sie das Differential mit der Ritzelkassette
von der rechten Antriebswelle im Uhrzeigersinn ab Ach
tung: Linksgewinde
Hinweis:
Falls sich nicht das Differential sondern die rechte Antriebs
schraube löst dann gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Lösen Sie die Klemmschraube am Schaltauge und ziehen Sie
die rechte Antriebswelle mit dem Differential ein wenig nach
links heraus Halten Sie die Welle mit einer Rohrzange und
schrauben Sie mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel mm
das Differential heraus Bei anschließenden Montage müssen
Sie die Antriebsschraube mit hochfesten Schraubenkleber
sichern und mit einem Drehmoment von Nm festziehen
Ziehen Sie das Differential mit der Ritzelkassette heraus Jetzt
können Sie die Ritzelkassette demontieren

Removing the differential and replacing the cassette
The differential requires no maintenance and must only be re
moved when replacing the cassette
Unscrew the left wheel page
Slide the rubber bellows

Loosen the M bolt
Pull the left axle assembly
frame tube and out of the differential
Brace the right wheel while unscrewing the differential
with the cassette from the right drive shaft

Attention: left hand thread by using a mm Allen key in the

hexagon socket
Note:
If the right drive screw comes off instead of the differential
then proceed as follows:
Loosen the clamp screw on the derailleur hanger and pull the

right drive shaft with the differential slightly out to the left
Brace the shaft using a pipe wrench and unscrew the dif
ferential using a mm Allen key in the hexagon socket
When reassembling the unit the drive screw must be secured
using high strength threadlocker and tightened with a torque
of Nm
Remove the differential with the cassette Now the cassette
itself can be removed
