If your washer malfunctions, it will display an error code on its display. If that occurs, check the
table below and try the solution suggested before calling Customer Service.

Ifthe supplied amount of water does not change for 4 minutes, or the
correct amount of water is not supplied within 60 minutes,this error
appears with a beep.
• Ensurethat the water tap is opened.
Ifthe water does not drain completelyafter 30 minutes, this error
appears with a beep.
Ensurethat the drain hose is placed correctly.
Ensurethat the drain hose is not clogged.
Ifthe temperate of the drain water is so high that it could cause injury,
this error appears with a beep for safety reasons.
Ensurethat the cold water tap is opened.
Ensurethat the cold water tap and the hot water tap are
connected correctly.
Ifthe door is opened during an operation, this error appears with a
beep.
In this case, close the door, and then resumeoperation.

Ensurethat the laundry is spread out evenly.
Ifthe temperature of the supplied water is so high that it could damage
the laundry,this error appears with a beep.
Ensurethat the cold water tap and the hot water tap are
connected correctly.
