9. To attach the
trapeze ring to
the elastic. Pass
the loop through
the eye at bottom
of the block.
11. Tie two stopper knots in the tail of the
adjusting rope approximately 150mm
apart
10. Loop the elastic over the metal
trapeze ring and pull tight.
