My unit collects the condensate in the pan below while the gravity lines are unclogged what is the problem
If the Lennox CBA27UHE-018 unit collects condensate in the pan while the gravity drain lines are unclogged, a possible problem could be the lack of a required vent in the drain line. The vent must extend at least two inches above the height of the coil drain pan. Without proper venting, air pressure can prevent proper drainage, causing water to back up into the pan.
